Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.

Trusting in God’s Sovereignty Through Trials

The story of Job serves as a powerful example of faith under pressure. Despite immense loss and suffering, Job chooses his words wisely, acknowledging God’s sovereignty. His response teaches us that even when stripped of worldly possessions, we lack nothing before God. Trials are inevitable, but they offer an opportunity to lean on Jesus, our fixed point in the universe, and to grow closer to Him.

Everyone has a story.  What’s yours?

We Are A Church For The Region

God established this church for the people of Lake and Porter counties (The Region), so that we could lead those people into a transformational relationship with God. Our vision is to positively impact those we come into contact with in such a way that needs are met, people are healed, and lives are forever changed.
