When you enter our lobby, you will find yourself at The Well. The Well is more than a place to get coffee, it is a statement of our mission. In biblical times, everyone needed to go to a well to receive life giving water. It didn’t matter who you were, all went to a well. At South Lake, we are this church – everyone is welcome here. So come as you are and worship with us.

We strive to have a Spirit-led, authentic time of worship.  We believe that worship is not just music on Sunday mornings, but it is a lifestyle found in glorifying God. Generally, our worship music consists of contemporary songs with a modern worship band, but we also enjoy the rich text of hymns.  Our goal is to enter into a time of true worship in unity regardless of the style of music. Our music is infused with scripture readings and background information on the songs and hymns. Our goal here is to educate as we worship; to help you understand why God’s Word and music go together; and to inform you of the historical and theological implications of certain songs.

Our Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 am each week. Our worship time typically consists of singing songs of praise, scripture reading, a message, and giving. We participate in communion the second Sunday of each month.

23        “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
